When we started TraditionalFolkRadio.com in early 2024 we had hoped we could identify a niche but steadily growing listenership for our unique blend of traditional folk songs. That has not happened. We have decided to no longer invest more financial resources into a project that is not attracting listeners. We never intended to make any money, but the expense is not justified considering our limited reach. We really do appreciate our small dedicated group of listeners. We felt we had found a unique sound that could be advertised mainly by word of mouth and minimal paid advertising. That was not the case. We are sorry to disappoint our few regulars. We enjoyed our short time together. We’ll likely be off air by the end of April 2025. Best wishes.
